The goal is to support your wellness journey with a root-cause approach. An FDN-P does not prescribe medications nor diagnose. We use functional testing to uncover hidden stressors in your body and help you get back to feeling your best.

Can I just get functional labs ordered through you, without coaching?

No. All payments are paid in full prior to the program start. No tests will be ordered without full payment. This is a health & wellness coaching program, not a lab ordering service.

Why functional labs?

Ordinary blood labs that your general practitioner orders and tells you "look completely normal" don't tell the entire story. With functional labs, we look deeper than blood- with saliva, hair, urine and stool. These labs look at how well your body is functioning, and in real time. These tests are not intended to diagnose or treat specific health conditions, but instead indicate areas of weak performance in your body and how other body systems are effected. Your symptoms are NOT the problem, they are the RESULT of the problem-let's find the root cause of your symptoms.

I already eat healthy, why do I need this program?
